The Smart Sensing Laboratory focuses on advanced sensing technologies and intelligent systems by integrating artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), signal processing, and embedded systems. The goal is to develop sensing platforms capable of perception, data analysis, and intelligent decision-making.

Our research covers sensor fusion, intelligent environment perception, edge AI computing, and wireless sensing networks. Through hardware–software co-design and system integration, the laboratory develops practical smart sensing applications.

Students are encouraged to participate in hands-on projects and interdisciplinary collaborations to cultivate system design skills and innovation capability. The developed technologies are applied to emerging areas such as smart cities, smart healthcare, intelligent manufacturing, and smart transportation.
